Post by: thegayhare on October 18, 2007, 12:40:52 PM
Hello all

Well windows movie maker finaly crapped out on me in a way that makes it compleatly unusable

So does anyone know of a good, simple, easy to use video editing program I could use to make some new music video's?

My favorite?

But yes, Cinelerra is usually given as a good one.  Adobe Premiere is probably really good for general-use, but it does cost money.

There's also Premiere Elements, which is intended for home use (and much cheaper). It sometimes comes bundled with Photoshop Elements.

I haven't used it myself, but I've read favourable reports of it.

Okay It turns out I can't use adobe because it won't let me install it.  I get a message saying my processer dosen't support it.

Now the other two that were mentioned from what I've come across in looking them up they are for linux.  Could I still use it on XP?

Quite possibly. You'd have to look for a windows version. Certainly Kino, I think.
