But, yeah, it look's pretty cool, good detail, the horse's a little too Rainbow Brite for me though, but that's just me.
Yeah, the first one has a nice, oriental style that doesn't really match the second one.
Yeah I know the horse did not turn out as I hoped, but both of these were morely a test. I drew them a year ago.

They show good layout and an obvious grasp of proportion. Have you though much about getting into shading?
:laugh Shading and I don't go well together. I can shade, but I shade things to light. It's a bad habit I carry.
Yeah, gotta push the shading harder. I have the opposite problem, actually. I'm very heavy handed.

I like the middle on ebest. It shows the most control and semblance of how a person is supposed to look... even if it's done in an anime style ;)
