I honestly don't think all of that is from the first episode. There is just simply now way. Especially since they've released the names of the first seven or so episodes, and it's pretty obvious what scene belongs to which episode.

Nope, the first season is now in extreme reruns. I've seen the pilot episodes at least six times since summer began.
