yeah, it was that sad. if i recall correctly my last connection was 22 Kbps, compared to my current 831. add that to a machine well over ten years old and imagine my computer useing experience

I'm supposed to have 10Mb/s, but the test says otherwise.
There are many things that'll slow you down.
If you want to test your full speed, download something off an FTP server run by your ISP. If you can't get a high download speed off of that, then there may be a problem you might want to get checked out.
