I figured it deserved one.
what are your faves, do you keep curiousity?
personally I'm rather fond of Diplodocus, Pachycephalosaurids and Dromeosaurids (velociraptor)
Dinosaurs. I loved dinosaurs when I was a little kid...I think I still keep figurines around here somewhere. >.>
I love raptors...it was Jurassic Park that got me hooked on those. Even after I read that raptors were really half the size that they are in the movie. :mowtongue But anything related to the velociraptor as well, the Dromeosaurs like Deinonychus. The big claw on the toe I just found wicked. :3
Most of the predators I like, at any rate...
Plesiosaurs, specifically Thalassomedon haningtoni.
I suppose I picked that up from my sister, who also likes them.
My brother used to be obsessed with dinosaurs. So much so that he had a fossilized piece of dino-poo. :lol Though the most I've ever really been interested in dinosaurs is Jurassic Park. They're dead, oh well. :P
My personal favourite is Ornithorincus Paradoxus.
It's the bee's knees.
Compys rule. Those little buggers will eat the eyes right out of your sockets.
:B I used to be such a big dinosaur fan... I remember watching some video once where these two guys went around looking at different dinosaurs and that... um, Crystal Palace place where they have those huge models? Something like that... I remember one of the guys turned into a dinosaur though o_o
Lol, guess I still am a big fan though. I didn't miss out on a single episode of that Prehistoric Park thing. That was awesome.
I loved Prehistoric Park. I'd visit. Even the bug house...with the huge millipede and dragonflies...
But first the sabertooth cats. :mowtongue
<3 Mammoths!
I'm a big fan of Dinotopia too, btw. :3
Hm. I've always been fond of Triceratops. Peaceful, gentle, unassuming...and could gut a T-Rex in a heartbeat if it had to.
No, I'm nothing like that, not me... *whistles semi-innocently*
Turns out it's the state dinosaur for South Dakota, too, so hey, I'm in the zone.
I have all three Jurassic Park movies and Dinotopia on DVD. Not obssessive about them, but good stories and special effects.
My favorite Dinosaur is the Triceratops, my second would be Stegosaurus.
Dinosaurs were also the first thing I ever drew.
Ancient art of the 80's (http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i100/shadrok1/other/old/dinoart.jpg)
I remember watching two cartoons with dinosaurs in them that I really liked, Dinoriders (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dinoriders) and Dinosaucers. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dinosaucers)
Dinoriders!!! That was beyond awesome! :boogie
Haha, I remember Dinoriders! I have one of the episodes on tape, somewhere. :lol
Ankylosaurus bor me, they look so cute like spiky armadillos.
I was always a fan of stegosaurus...and T-Rex.
i'm there is no mention of Land Before Time yet...
those Dino cartoons were awesome, I mostly remember the one which had a bunch of anthro dinos who could transform into the real ones, but don't remember the name
and yeah I miss Dinosaur Family too. Gotta love Dino
The only half-decent 'Land Before Time' was the first one. How man are there now, like 18? :rolleyes

I think that one was Dinosaucers.
Anyone remember the show The Adventures of T-REX (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Adventures_of_T-Rex), which featured five brothers who fought crime in a city of dinosaur people?
DINOS!!!

Oh yeah it is :boogie I even have two episodes on VHS.
One thing about the first episode (and unfortunately its only on the VHS) there is an extra intro that is done in a brown sketchy style, and something about that I've always liked.

these two were awesome, I've watched T-Rex a lot, I've also checked some of Denver, but by the time I was mostly obsessed with transformers to actually pay attention to others. Which reminds me, Grimlock is awesome >:3
I like underwater dinosaurs like Liopleurodon. The four paddle way of propulsion is very intresting... and it looks cool. :P

It must be the first episode I have, then.
You know, I'm pretty sure I saw a new Land Before Time when I was out shopping today. Something about flying dinosaurs...
Dimitri? :B

(Falls over with a loud groan) At this rate, that movie will hold the record for the biggest number of too-childish sequels.
On a side note, I used to watch Denver all the time. ^^ I also seemed to remember another old show involving dinosaurs, with a baby sauropod similiar-looking to Littlefoot as one of the main chars. I used to love it...dunno if it was a rented episode I saw or one really on TV. But I can't FOR THE LIFE OF ME remember what the show was called. :sweatdrop
I like T-Rexs and Raptors.
...Yeah. :U Carnivorous dinosaurs.
And TLBT is stupid. Too many movies. When the hell do Littlefoot and the others DIE? ...Or at least GROW UP?! :dface
...But if they make a TLBT DCLXVI movie, I'll probably laugh. :U Just because I'm mean.
Well anyone know the movie..Where Back! Anyone rember that crazy mad doctor screwloose! Till he was ated by crows! :mwaha
Where Back? Isn't that a movie where there's....dinosaurs in a city...and they uh....befriend some poor boy...and he likes some girl...and the dinosaurs join a circus or something?
*Shrug* My memory sucks.
Yeah, I remember the movie, but the story kinda sucked. :/ There was also a game made for SNES.
Oh the horrors of Movie to Games ever end??? :U
Godzilla is my fave dinosaur, all the way. The real Godzilla, not that american knockoff (aka Zilla). Zilla was cool in his own right but he aint the real one. He got his ass kicked in his faceoff with the real Godzilla in Final Wars.

No, not while people see games as a quick way of cashing in on a movie-license. Movie-games are usually rushed to market, to be published at the same time as the corresponding movie, or shortly thereafter. The developers didn't have the time / budget to make something really good, that's also based on the movie. The one time a developers did take their time, the result was excelent (Goldeneye).

Or, the exchange I love to this day.
"I am the mighty Megalosaurus! The king of the dinosaurs! The thunder lizard!"
"*sigh* Tyrannosaurus Rex is the king of the dinosaurs."
"...That's debatable!"
"No it's not. I dated one in high school."
I think I've written more in this post than I have in all my seperate posts. *exit*

Is it just me, or does the song there sound suspiciously like the Power Rangers theme?
