I'm a happy dragon. :3
I went to an after-school club-thing today and made friends with some insane fangirls. (And a male furry artist...kinda.) No more being an angsty loner! Yay!
(Most of you guys don't know this, but I'm angsty (and a loner :P) IRL. I'm too afraid of people to be around them. D: )
And they don't hate me for being a furry/furry artist. :3 They don't think I'm weird or different (Yeah, no one else thinks that because they DON'T KNOW...But still. Sane people are mean. :P) 'cuz they're crazy too. :3
...The only bad thing is that the club-thing's every Wednesday...and there isn't one next week 'cuz it's a half day...And I can't wait two weeks! (http://clockworkmansion.com/forum/Smileys/CMForums/dface-ani.gif) I'LL DIE.
...Well, at least I'm uber-happy right now. :3 I might explode though. *Wags tail*
Nice going! It's always nice to make some friends in an after school club thingy. The closest I came to something like that was the video game club I was in at high school. Buncha leet freaks. :P They were funny though.
Outta curiosity, what kinda club is it?
Art club. :P We didn't do anything artsy though. There weren't that many people there. We were just talking about yaoi and shounen-ai and anime and scarring the teacher for life. :3
when i was in school i played soccer...everyday after classes...
mmm...close to a club would be the Polo team...but those guys sucked ass! bunch of jerks! we were all a bunch of jerks! maybe i still am... :B *vanishes*
anyway, i am happy for you dak but slow down on your energy, too much may cause you frustration...
another thing: do NOT delete ''normal'' people form your life cause you are different from them....learn how you can enjoy their presences in a way that is pleasant to you...no 1 is that bad...
as you said, everyone is crazy! :mowdizzy :eager :boogie :kruger :mowninja :kirby :zombiekun2 :spidey :batman :U
Well darn, I can't join after-school clubs because my school is online :< (ha, beat that you so-called loner! xD )

Same here (online school FTW!!!111!!). However, I go to the local arcade a lot and hang with fellow DDR-ers... so I'm not a total loner.
pffth. Newbs. Back in my day, we didn't even have online interaction. We used books! :p

Curse you! There are no arcades here, and the only DDR machine I know of is 45 miles away at a theme park :dface Granted there are some closer, but none in arcades. I think one nearby is in a bar...

Interaction with books? Sounds like a good way to get either a concussion or a bad paper-cut.

People with similar interests.... UNITE!
Good to hear you've found someone in real life who thinks your art's rad. Maybe after a few meetings have passed and you get to know them you can go out and do normal people things like.... what do normal people like to do? play hopscotch and go shopping.
Again, great news! :mowmeep

But...but...Hopscotch is for non-lazy people. :U And shopping's boring. Unless it's for
PORN manga. :3

:rj Yays for Dakata!
Good for you! :mowcookie
Thanks, guys. :3
...I'm kind of afraid of being too friendly though. :/ I treat my friends like family and I tend to huggle people alot when I'm happy...
...I don't want them to think I'm gay for them or anything. D:

stop wasting time thinking ''what people could think'' and start being yourself...it's the only ''one way'' to happiness...
also, think about what people imagine is like impossible...most of times we are wrong...predict things that don't exist...''other people's heart is a land that nobody can walk''.

Also, do you want them to like you for what you pretend to be, or do you want them to like you for who you really are?

For who I really am. But yeah, I'm a wuss. :dface And if I do something stupid to lose some new friends, I'm gonna feel like a dumbass. D:
Maybe I'm a lot less sincere than the rest of the people here, but I'd say to try to restrain your hugging a bit. They may be anime dorks (I'm one myself, sorta, so I can say that. XD) and familiar with 'glomping,' but I know I'd get freaked out if someone I just met got too clingy. :/ Maybe I'm not the best person to talk to, but I'd say no more than a few hugs a day... Maybe that's just me, though.
AND CONGRATULATIONS! I know how hard it is to actually go out and meet people, so good job! :D
Meh. I'm not one to mind glomping. I get it from a lot of people, since I have friends that are anime nerds and furs, and I often become a target when I just hang. But I'm kind of immunized to it, like comical violence, seeing as how there's usually a major difference in size and strength.
Just be gentle, and if you have problems being yourself, do as I do; have a cup of tea and sit down for a moment. Let the warmth seep into you and calm you dooooooown...
And remember; the sugar is not your friend. You can hug people as much as you like, so long as you don't come off as incessant and hyperactive. So stay off the sugar and the caffeine, and bounce less.
But sugar and caffeine are good. D: And bouncing is fun.
I know. I'm a hypocrite is what I am. Actually, I imbibe great amounts of caffeine (Red Bull; perfect drink for mixing with ridiculous amounts of alcohol) and leave marks in the pavement on some occasions...
But the tea cures all. It is the wonder of the ages. And I'm so resistent to most strange substances that I usually have to down six or eight Bulls before you notice anything...
