14-01 - The Petitioning
Seems even in the world of 'Cubi, we get telecom companies engaged in skulduggery.
14-02 - Petitioning is closed indefinitely
To be fair to the viscus little wench, she is the kind of ruler who will personally get her hands dirty to get what she wants. Unfortunately, what she wants is to be a bloodthirsty serial killer, and to make the whole world her personal playground. :kruger
i still stan our murderous lady
May the guard who was slain in the process of this attempted assassination find some measure of rest.
14-03 - Oh dear
Can't be easy for a Captain of the King's Guard to witness his king
seemingly
slain, particularly in such a manner.
Hoo boy, I can only say that she deserves everything that coming to her.

No arguments from me.

sierra's dad (the rabbit who is trying to open the door in the newest) is extremely lucky that he's not the one who got murdered because he's usually in the throne room and lort it was tempting

14-04 - Didn't specify which queen
Ooh boy. Didn't anticipate that, did you, Featherstone?
Also, it was amusing to see Quirk in her place in the April Fool version.
This wench didn't realize that she wasn't playing Chess. Taking out the King isn't going to win her the game.
...didn't she bother getting proper intel beyond the kill mission? I mean, it isn't like her several-generations-removed great grand aunt was an unknown factor. Seriously, how narrow was her tunnel vision that she missed an ENTIRE MONARCH?!? :erk
Yeah, her plan was to hunt down Admaria later just to be sure. It's unclear how her intel got so garbled, but Fairwater's preference for other guys has clearly made her assume that he would not be sharing power with someone of the opposite sex.
It is possible that Admaria stays in the background for the most part and Featherstone's spies missed her, or missed her significance.
14-05 - I don't think Admaria likes her very much
"Off-of-body experience", that's a good one! Mind if I borrow it sometime?
Also, Fairwater's eldest prince seems quite a handsome lad.

I wanted to use that for a long time before Admaria gave me the chance. I have no problem if people want to borrow it.
The prince is all Merlin's work, I don't think I had any description of him ever.
14-06 - Talking Heads
I'd ask how Fairwater is speaking without an air supply to his truncated larynx, but I suspect the answer would be along the lines of "'Cubi magic, laddie".

And prepared ahead of her arrival. Was it cast specifically for her or just a general daily precaution?

What was done, was done on the expectation that Featherstone might try something given what Ben and Daniel had learned.
I'm thinking it could even be an illusion that she beheaded.

it's much less dramatic when it's just a bunch of wheezing noises
but im sure he can shapeshift his way out of that situation
14-07 - Losing someone else's head
Very impressive, using your headwings to imitate taking a bow. Kudos to Merlin on the excellent illustration.
