I like how Ione seems to always look very soft and huggable regardless of what form he's taking. Sad that he has to hide his identity and constantly be on the run to avoid being murdered, he seems like he'd be a fun guy to be around under normal circumstances.
Indeed.

I'm beginning to understand why they don't follow any of the *other* perception gods. As well as a few other things.

And I'm beginning to understand how the Inquisitors manage to catch Tricksters and send them to the dule tree.

To clarify by they I meant Ionne. I'm pretty sure Ionne is not representative of the typical trickster, though they may be well representative of a hypothetical trickster who gravitated towards the perception gods in general and then decided that they weren't a good fit for Marie or Jude. (What makes for a good Marie worshiper anyway?...)

A good Marie worshipper would probably be one who strives to be truthful as much as possible in their life. Bit like the Candor faction in the
Divergent series.

It's kinda odd that none of them have shown up yet. It feels like they'd be the sort that naturally upset a lot of applecarts...though maybe that's why they haven't shown up.
