You know it's funny that that there is a fan base that ships Dan, Matilda and Aary as a threesome couple. Because now we see that Aary comes from such a family arrangement. Come to think about it, Matilda's culture back home made that a possible arrangement back at where she was born.
Perhaps that ship might make sail yet.
That adventurer that killed Mink's mom seems more of a jerk now. Could she even defend herself from such an attack?

I've also noticed that the other one looks a lot like Jyrras's newest employee.

Less "immobile", and more "sedentary by circumstances". Mink's aunt, who is probably the mythos secretary from the Hospital arc, moved into the city after all. It isn't their fault that they are Gojira-sized Hentai Tentacle Creatures why have to communicate through an Angler Fish-style decoy body.
And as an unrelated aside, I still believe that the Librarian was never informed that Abel was banned, and has been spending decades wondering why the lad was avoiding her.

*Awkward silence* It has been implied that the childhood abuse she received from her father has rendered her unable to carry a child to term. We know she gained custody of her younger siblings, but last I checked nothing on their love lives or any intent to adopt on ZigZag's part.

Given that the cubi function as a clan based society that seems likely enough. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if every non-Cubi at the academy has family ties of some sort.

Just realized that Sabrina Online is starting to examine exactly this situation, and it seems that some of the backstory has seen mild tweaks. While Zig Zag helped get her siblings away from their father, the ones who actually took them in were their grandparents.
