Yeah, the reveal that Biggs' family is secretly running Zinvth seemed rather at odds with the fact that Regina killed one of their member, and that Wildy has - until recently - wanted to revenge-kill one of family fronting the city. It's nice to have a light shone upon that.
It seems like pyro duck really has learned some of the best survival skills. If you were any more to him up his exit he would have said something along the lines of exit stage left
