They are indeed the best of siblings, right down to Tolas understanding that he shouldn't push on Regina living somewhere else for now.
Viv will probably be disappointed that Regina can't be shown quite so publicly, but I think she can adapt her plans to that while still shipping Regina with that one nephew of her friend/co-conspirator.
