Title: 2021-08-10 [DMFA #2051] - Everyone has something more to lose

The idea that Creatures take fewer risks than Beings because they have more to lose is a solid one, though from what we've seen I'd lump most 'Cubi in with the Beings, as they're often too scatterbrained to think the consequences through properly.

The definition of "risk" seems also somewhat subjective. Like, the very same activity that might be high-risk for a Being becomes significantly less risky if you're a magical mind-reading shapeshifter with wings.

Quite true.  With the skydiving reference for example, why would the winged creature deliberately let itself fall towards the ground when it's got those wings and instincts to avoid doing that?  Its instincts tell it how dangerously stupid the idea is and never bothers with something like that unless they're suicidal, the closest they'd do is a high-altitude dive while intentionally targeting something on the ground.

I mean, there are birds that do crazy air maneuvers, apparently just for the fun of it (https://komonews.com/news/offbeat/goose-flying-upside-down-is-simply-showing-off-say-experts). But even for those birds, those stunts are probably less risky than they would be for a human, because the bird has the necessary instincts and hardware to switch back to normal flight in an instant, should things get out of control.

There's also the matter of high risk as in potentially facing negative consequences verses high risk as in potential death.
