Managing quite well for someone having anxiety issues, clearly a panic attack, and having someone in the peanut gallery requiring they should remove thy head from thy keister.

Frankly I've seen people, full grown adults I might add, without anxiety get way more worked up when left to stew with paranoia. It's part of why having someone you can trust to help you, even if it's just with venting, is so important.
