More and more I'm realizing cubi seem bad at planning ahead. Lady finch(or was it fitch?) seems to be forgetting that killing daryil will most likely severely piss off surviving clan members(including the one who could best counter her androids) and risks crippling HER OWN SON

I'm not so sure she intends to kill Daryil outright. You'd think that 'Cubi would know enough about Tri-Wings to know that they aren't easy to kill... I'm betting she intends to use Syd as a hostage to tie Daryil's hands.
