EDIT: Well, Griffs don't seem to have an affiliation with gods, so at least that aspect of things is unlikely to be a problem.
Gotta wonder what's motivating the Griff here... have they been terrorizing the Myria? Guess that explains why they haven't been on the trade route lately.

That's the way it's looking, yes. If the Myria are normally secretive, a threat is the obvious reason they would want Col to help.
