I have been wondering the depth of how far the murder thing could go, and how much thought Altair really put into his curse. If it went further than a direct action then alastair's wings would have gone dark if we pose it as Darkling was the weapon used to kill his mother.
Doesn't really go much farther than direct actions. Hiring a hitman is murder, but it doesn't give you dark wings.
