She's had a bit of cool down time... also she can't attack Mana as personally as she can Loki. Mwali has also seen that Mana and other staff at DHS aren't afraid to stand up to her, so why have an argument she could easily lose
I wonder how recent that portrait was vandalized. Also, since photography isn't really a thing in LaRaGa, someone had to paint that picture of Loki who looks especially miserable. I'd imagine they'd probably try to put a more neutral expression on her, even if she looked so upset while modeling for the portrait...
