Because it looks like you landed on your face when you fell from heaven. [/pickup line nobody uses]
Actually if anything, the new guy looks quite handsome. I wonder who he is? :B
Is this new guy a cat or a squirrel? His tail is super bushy...

Squirrel. He is no 'squirrel wannabe' like Mab. :B
Fact: Blue characters are the best kind of characters. :megagroove
Guess who suddenly realised there's no explanation for how motorcycles and cars are common in the Project Future era when Gryphon-C's make them a risky business in DMFA proper?

Fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down?
Yeah, he's an interesting chap. I wonder what his backstory is. And why he's so interested in angels...
You know what goes well with blue? Grey. Good old reliable, mundane grey.
Yessir, whole lotta nothing wrong with that.
Oh and the fallen angel from heaven pickup line? Yeah, tried that. Got a drink in the face and some remark along the line of: "Did you just call me Satan?!"

Things may have changed after the events of DMFA. It looks like technology's becoming more widespread, so maybe new regulations were made to allow people to use these vehicles. Like separate lanes/roads for Gryphons, for instance. Besides, I don't think there are enough Gryphons to carry everyone who needs transportation.

What I was trying to project in the newscast was the idea that the gryphon-B's displaced by the automotive industry get a cut of the road tax, highway maintenance budget or similar funds. In exchange, they keep the gryphon-C's away from the roads.

University cities: great for a lot of reasons but, your pickup lines will be tested.
