Title: 2016/1/29 [TCaD 01-01] Poor Bessie
Post by: ZacAttac21 on January 30, 2016, 12:21:01 AM
At first I was gonna say, "What an odd profession for a Demon," but now that I think about it... If the mail has to be delivered through dangerous territory, it would make sense to have a Creature do it.

Also: Dang Dax, you a terrible shot.

Scorch would probably be closer to a mythos than a demon, she's got that whole changing-form and not-actually-being-very-strong thing going on. Misleading wings and horns, though!

I thought she looked familiar. Had no idea about her powers though.

...And yes, I figure she's a mythos.  It works very well because lots of mythos have an alternate form.  I'm looking into whether we can demonstrate this next page as a way of clarifying things.  I hadn't quite realised how demon-like she looked until the final page came through.

Incidentally, Sofox' title suggestion was "Daxxon misses the post" which I liked a lot and would have gone for if I hadn't loved Ren's remark about the cow "being made unwell" so much.

EDIT:

Amusingly... here (http://www.independent.co.uk/voices/charlie-lynes-10-hour-plus-film-of-paint-drying-to-the-british-film-board-made-hard-work-of-film-a6844316.html) is a neat result of a similar idea. ;-]
