Well, I do appreciate the cold-blooded analytical reasoning behind that move but I get the idea that 'Cubi adventurers would be a bit more willing to arrest any 'Cubi troublemakers due to the fact that the Furrae legal system would put both of them under the same laws, and 'Cubi are a lot more protective of their own lives than Demons so the punishment for murder is not going to just be "pay a fine" and, well, it is going to cut both ways.
