That's an interesting implication that most of the people they pick on are innocent, but get executed anyway. Methinks they're not doing their job very well. Maybe they have to execute a certain quota of Tricksters per quarter to keep their budget?
The defeatism of Click and Scout is not particular surprising, but it'll be interesting to see whether Peony goes with it or attempts something rash.
I wouldn't take Click and Scout's words as total truth, they're speaking from their own experiences and they have a narrow definition of "actual trickster" (Click probably doesn't count it if isolated tricksters who aren't part of their "in" group get caught, for one). It's not entirely accurate, but it's not entirely inaccurate either
