Come to think of it, Librarian Oolong is a very weird Creature - is she a 'cubi? Was she a cubi, but is now something else? Is she a she? What is (s)he anyway? Some kind of Mythos? how is Oolong linked into all the columns?

She's a Mythos (according to the last time or the time before this, when Ambaargh answered)
She -is- the library - a huge, stationary creature that inhabits buildings and likes books. The head thingy is kinda like tentacles inside, as it were. Or so I understand.
She's mostly in the basement, I believe.
