I don't get it. From the page's title I am led to believe that he is insulting her, but I don't see how.

I couldn't think of a good title and Sofox was out partying or something.  "Misery loves company" might be a better one.
Basically, Sheila is a bookworm so pointing out that she can't do what she loves best is somewhat mean.
