Oh, anyone else notice the clothes change on Mabbers? Sash moved to the side and neck is now orange! It's refreshing to see her and Pyroduck again.
Aye!
And just a little off topic I wonder when Her Mabness is going to change over the forum link....

Hmmm I still cant wait till the extra story soon yet...Makes you think dont it? Well in other words...Dan has a still a chance...That or Mab has a two sided coin 'A'
I was hoping Pyroduck would be more interested in a piece of that action...

In 'Jabberwocky' they used hide-and-seek..
Aide: "Congratulations, sire.. we have a champion."
King: "Good. Where is he?"
Aide: "They haven't found him yet."
King: "Is see. Is that good?"
Aide: "Yes. That's what makes him a champion."
King: "I see. They
will find him, won't they?"
(Aide looks uncomfortable)

Indeed it is. And it's nice to see
you again as well. :)
...It's amazing how many things have been decided that way.
It's nice to see a bit of an outfit change, even if minor. She was starting to seem a bit static, which is not what I am used to in fae... not that the stereotype of constant chaotic change is better, but wearing the same style day in and day out must be a bit dull. Perhaps it was a game?
Anyways, the old coin toss... very classic, works really well especially if you have the old "two-headed" slug.
Yep the whole fate of the universe by a flip of a coin. Really cosmic if I see it that way. Me I prefer rock paper scissors method :meh that's me anyway......

I just copied and moved around letters from the source comic. Not very elegant, but it got the job done. I could have searched for it, but I didn't want the hassle. I could have PM'd Amber, but that didn't occur to me until literally right now. Hopefully Amber will swoop in and tell us :) (and/or I'll PM her anyway).

Mabbers could always harm Biggs with her brownies X3
The brownies? *shudders*
So what's more fair... RPS or a normal coin? I'd think RPS would have a bit of a psychological factor involved...
The world needs more of my famous cupcake sammiches
Oh, no.
Not since you started using RJ's cupcakes to make them with, we don't.

I suppose... although the familiar hand at that game would likely attempt to predict the actions of their opponent to so many levels of abstraction that it would be pretty much random anyway.

That's true... unless you know the other person always has a favorite to go with. But then I guess the person could try to trip you up and go with a different one this time...

oh, yes... I remember that in my childhood you had to shake your closed hand at the rythm of the phrase: "ja gua yus pi!" [HA WA YOOS PEE] (no translation needed), opening it in the last syllabe...
In japan is named Janken, and there is international tournaments, too!

:U that seems really insane, but it would be funny
"rock!"
"goat!"
"hey! there's no goat in this game!"
we don't use Rock-paper-scissors not coin toss around here... we use a lot the odd/even or zero/one method instead
Ah, Rock-Paper-Scissors...my favorite of the decision-making games. It's also fun to use substitutes sometimes...I once tried to make up one for Fire-Grass-Water, A La Pokemon.
'Course, I like rolling dice just as well, for a more-than-one thing...
So why would Mab be trusted with the coin toss? Unless she's the only one trustworthy enough not to use a one-sided trick coin... :rolleyes
You don't need a trick coin. If you have good hand-eye coordination you can pick the coin out of the air with whatever side you want. In my family the coin has to be down and the person who tossed is not allowed to call first. Better yet, the coin has to hit the floor and not be taken from the air.

Wel lyou know Mab...She can be evil sometimes for a sweet gentle fairy cat..You dont wanto tick off*... (*See note here http://www.missmab.com/Comics/Vol_293.php )
I think Mabs really get serious if she wants. But when she throws down then that's a strip I would love to see. To literaly see the fur fly :kruger......... :mowmeep
well, speaking of rock paper scissors, they could have played ro sham bo for the right to go >:3
(no, wikipedia does not contain information about ro sham bo, it sends you to rock paper scissors, try the urban dictionary)
I think ro sham bo actually exists as the alternate name to rock paper scissors... South Park is the farthest back thing I can remember which spawned the "alternate" game...

It is, but the Southpark alternate definition is the one makes my statememnt funny. :erk
for once I have nothing to say...except this, which is really more of nothing anyway...and I doubt anyone would notice since everyone has stopped talking about the comic. :erk
I just thought of something...I always wondered if Pyroduck was a demon or something...
*Charline hmphs* Usually when I flip for heads or tails, it actually means the use of said body parts in the flipping. >:3
ah you reminf me of the old days. siggs. the forba me coem usined felines to flip though. i wonder why
Flipping felines for heads or tails? I don't think I like that idea...
eh most ot them were jerks. the few that weren't were family and had ticked me off at the time. i thin the probe whast6 they i fliped them too hign and 8 out of ten times the landed heads up

Normal flip with the coin rotating in the air. I guess if you got a coin flipping gun it might be safe to play against my Dad. He's in his sixties and I've never seen him miss snatching it the way he wants. He managed to teach the trick to everyone in the family but me. I have vision problems and small rapidly moving objects appear to blink in and out to me. (Dodgeballs in particular.... brrrr dodgeballs!) :boggle
don't feel so alone i can't do it either and i'm in my 20's... i think i am at last
When in doubt, a three-headed coin always wins.
