No, I mean that I thought Aliyka herself was one of the guards at Dark P's base (and therefore should know what the escaped sacrificial maiden looks like and is to capture "her"). For some reason a thought of her possibly being an adventurer sneaking inside the castle have not crossed my mind. :[ Meh, I might have jumped to a wrong conclusion, but I'll stay with my variant for now.

A "klunk" to the top of a head wouldn't be as effective as one to the side, at knocking someone out, but it would probably cause a lot of damage to the spinal column. It might easily kill a person. Dan must have more than a hard head - he must have a very strong neck.
Maybe he's naturally less vulnerable to ANY injury than are normal Beings. That might explain his taking up leaping from cliffs for fun, or his choosing to become an Adventurer.

probably but even the most intelligent people of the world need to do something stupid once in a while to feel alive. that's were a lot of sports for the rich came from. or so i would think.
While E_voyager is right, there is also the fact that Jy believed Dan really could fly. He didn't know that they'll just drop down the cliff before it was too late. However, when he realized that they both were fine after the landing he wanted to jump again, which also goes in favour of E's version.

Headklunking guard girl with his hand worked perfectly fine for Dan just four strips ago... Seems Dan's just unusually hard-headed himself.
Its either Dan's head has amazing toughness, or Aliyka isn't as strong an adventurer yet? perhaps she mistook Dan for a girl and didn't apply too much force :P

probably more then that. his sis's hammers is for ejection like a golf club hitting a golf ball. My guess is she almost never uses it on him and instead uses her fist and random walls.
