I don't speak German, but from what I could gather by translating it into both English and Spanish with Google, it seems to say "if everything were easy, I wouldn't be dealing with pregnant women at twelve".

Vaguely. Admittedly, as with all german, I have to use Babelfish, and if someone has a better translation, I'd be up for it.

Actual useful german, really. If I remember what I wrote (and I'm not proud of this), it was:

"If everything were easy I wouldn't have ended up pregnant at twelve."

Yup. I'm sure the Babelfish translation is wrong.
